We are glad that you have joined our community of practitioners for a day of working with a heart-centered integration of Shakyamuni Buddha’s Tranquil Wisdom Jnanas and Maitreya’s Nine Stages of Calm Staying.

We will review and strengthen our fundamental capacity to calm the mind, and stabilize the attention while also gaining insight into the reactive conditioning that causes us suffering and distraction. As the stability of mind deepens we will shift from staying on sensations, and breath to staying as the inherent open dimension of being.
