The Social Hour is an opportunity to get to know your fellow sangha members in a relaxed and emergent style aimed at focusing on what attendees bring to the session on the day. 

We sit briefly to begin. Then we normally have some check-ins to read the room. Following, I may lob a suggestion or two over the fence as to what we might do for the balance of the time. Others freely chime in. We quickly reach a consensus and off we go. Easy peasy. To date, we have had some lovely, interesting and heartfelt conversations.

Of course, since we’ve just come off such an amazing retreat with John and Nicole, it stands to reason we may want to share what the retreat experience was like for us and how the integration has gone since it ended. 

So please come join us and help continue to build our community by developing closer connections with fellow sangha members.
